Victoria BC Attractions

Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway offers the best of both worlds - the convenience of being a short 10-minute drive from downtown Victoria and the serenity of quiet surroundings. We're a stone's throw from great outdoor activities like golf and hiking. Try your luck at the Great Canadian Casino or visit one of our nearby Provincial Parks. Head up island for the day or step back in time and check out one of our many Victoria BC attractions. It's all here for you to explore.

Goldstream Provincial Park:
Goldstream Provincial Park is located only 6 Kilometers from our hotel and is the perfect place for your next outdoor adventure. August through November, you'll find annual salmon runs in the Goldstream river as well as a large number of feeding bald eagles.

Hatley Park - Historic Site:
Hatley Park is one of Canada's most memorable historic sites, with 17 buildings dating as far back as 1837. The gardens throughout the park are traditional cottage gardens of the 19th and 20th century.

Fisgard Lighthouse Historical Site:
Fisgard Lighthouse was Canada's first lighthouse on the West Coast and is still in operation today. The lighthouse was built by the British in 1860 and is now used by the Canadian Navy. There is something for everyone to enjoy at this breathtaking monument.

Olympic View Golf Club:
Aptly named for its beautiful views of Washington State's Olympic Mountains, this club is located just 5 minutes from the Hotel. Olympic View is home to Canada's mildest winters, allowing visitors and locals alike to enjoy Award-Winning golf all year round.

Butchart Gardens
Take a 30 minute scenic drive along the beautiful coastline and farmland of Greater Victoria to Butchart Gardens. The 55 acres of gardens are indescribable. There is something spectacular to see during any season.
